In the Central North Sea, ERUK will have a 25 percent interest in block 29/3b where it has a firm well commitment to drill the high temperature, high pressure Corfe prospect. This block is close to the Elgin Franklin facilities. The operator of the block is Total.

Also in the Central North Sea, ERUK has been awarded a 30 percent interest in block 22/9b, adjacent to the Everest field. This block is currently operated by Carrizo.

In the Southern North Sea, ERUK will have a 50 percent interest and will operate blocks 43/2b and 3b and blocks 43/26b and 27b. These blocks are adjacent to the Johnstone and Babbage fields, which are also operated by ERUK.

Also in the Southern North Sea, ERUK has been awarded a 30 percent interest in block 48/10c, which will be operated by RWE.

In addition to the one firm well commitment, the associated work programmes include substantial 3D seismic reprocessing and studies to support future drill decisions. The programme will be supported by the recently enlarged subsurface team. These awards contribute to the company's goal of growth and increased operatorships in the UK North Sea.
