On 8 December 2008, E.ON Ruhrgas UK Caister Limited completed the sale of certain non-operated SNS assets to Venture Production plc and GDF Suez E&P UK Limited.
The transaction comprised ERUK's 27.5 per cent interests in the Cygnus, Kepler, Copernicus and Humphrey undeveloped gas discoveries together with interests in three exploration blocks. This sale is part of ERUK's ongoing rationalization of our portfolio of assets in order to focus more on company operated opportunities in the SNS and CNS.
